You’ve heard it before: time is money. Managing time effectively is a critical skill that allows you to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and reduce stress—leading to both professional success and personal satisfaction.

Time Management Self-Assessment

Instructions for responding:
This scale will help you evaluate your ability to manage your time effectively. Carefully read the following 10 statements in the left column and mark a single box with an “X” indicating how frequently you perform each action. Please consider the following scale:

1. Never
2. Almost never
3. Sometimes
4. Almost always
5. Always

This is a self-assessment and should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

How to Use Your Time Management Score with the Chatbot

Scoring:
For each statement, mark the box (1 to 5) that best describes how often you perform the action, where:

• 1 = Never
• 2 = Almost never
• 3 = Sometimes
• 4 = Almost always
• 5 = Always

Add up the numbers corresponding to your selections for all 10 statements. For example, if you select "3" for a statement, add 3 points for that item. The sum of all your selected numbers will be your total Time Management Score.

• Enter your score in the following format:
  “My Time Management Score is: X points”
  (Replace X with your total score.)
